Talencia Consulting - PMO / Governance Officer

Key responsibilities

• Support PMO and IT governance activities across multiple initiatives and workstreams
  
• Coordinate and structure project reporting, communication plans, and key messages
  
• Promote IT initiatives, progress, and transformations towards internal stakeholders
  
• Work closely with IT, architecture, and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity
  
• Contribute to change management, engagement initiatives, and internal communication actions
  
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and updates for management and key stakeholders
  

Profile

• Experience in PMO, IT governance, project coordination, or similar roles
  
• Strong interest in communication, coordination, and stakeholder management
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proactive, dynamic, and well-organized mindset
  
• Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments
  
• Fluent in french and english (mandatory)
